TERMS OF SERVICE:

Terms of Service for Private Commissions.

Service prices may change depending on demand and other factors.
The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request without the need for justification.

The standard delivery time for commissions is up to 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
For requests with a reduced deadline (delivery within 1 week), an additional fee of 35% will be applied to the total order value. (Example: An illustration worth $50 will have a final cost of $67.50 with the rush fee.)
The total time to complete the work may vary between 1 week and 1 month, depending on the complexity of the work, the volume of requests in progress and possible unforeseen events.
All deliveries will be made exclusively in digital format, including:
A high-resolution file (approximately 3840 x 2160 mm at 350/600 DPI);

Payments must be made in US dollars (USD), exclusively via PIX.
The available payment options are:
100% in advance, or 50% in advance and 50% after approval of the initial sketch.
Payment must be made only after confirmation of the order and the quote by the artist.

The client may request a full refund if the order is canceled before production begins;
If the artist is unable to start or complete the work, a full refund will be issued to the client;
Once the creative process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of undue refund requests via PAYPAL, the artist may provide evidence of the negotiations and compliance with the contract. Clients who make unauthorized refunds may be placed on a list of restrictions for future requests.

When hiring the services, the client will receive:Initial drafts or proposals to define the artistic direction. The number of drafts may vary according to the complexity of the work;
Intermediate versions, such as final sketches and color plans, which must be approved by the client before completion;
Final file in high resolution and a reduced version for digital use. The standard delivery format will be PNG, unless previously agreed.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS:The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time, if necessary.
The artist retains all copyrights on the artworks produced.
The artist does not claim intellectual property (IP) of the works, except in cases of commissions related to visual identity, such as logos and mascots.
The artist may disclose the commissioned works in her portfolio, publications (such as art books) and social networks, except when the client requests confidentiality.
The art is not permitted to be used for AI and similar purposes. Please do not publish it on any AI website, as this may compromise the artist's art.
The use of NFTs is strictly prohibited.
If you are not satisfied with my Terms of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

CLIENT RIGHTS:The client may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, as long as it is linked to their visual identity, such as on personalized products (e.g.: t-shirts, mugs, banners, etc.), as long as they notify the artist;
The client may not resell, redistribute or reproduce the artwork on a large scale without prior and formal authorization;
The client may not modify or alter the artwork without the artist's consent.
